Group Mentorship

Al and I are excited to introduce our newest mentorship program! Attendance is limited to a few students per class so sign up now to start making your dreams come true now-DON’T WAIT. Many of our past students have suggested that we expand our individual one on one training to a group setting. The benefits are:
-A lower investment from each member but still quality, hands on practical training
-The ability to “team” within the mentee group
-The ability to share talents and discuss opportunities and solutions among the group
-The same quality “Al Davis” program and information as the one-on-one mentorship
The program is designed to be completed in approximately 60 days and will cover:
Property selection and evaluation
Identifying a proposed exit strategy (wholesale/renovate/rent/BRRRR/sell etc.)
Determining and developing a rehab budget
Contractor selection and evaluation
Developing a scope of work
Financing options and strategies
Acquisition
Rehab
