Al Davis
Mr. Davis has worked in real estate acquisition, rehabilitation, marketing, sales, and development for the past twenty years. Over the years he has acquired, renovated, leased, or sold over 160 units within the Baltimore area. He currently works with thirteen subsidized programs to shelter low income, disabled and disadvantaged individuals and families, and institutions such as Fannie Mae (Federal National Mortgage Association), HUD (Housing and Urban Development), and Freddie Mac (Federal Home Loan Mortgage Association).
J Preuss
Mr. Preuss has MBA's in Finance from George Washington University and Bank Management from the University of Virginia's McIntyre School. His background includes all aspects of personal and business lending, ownership of commercial companies and he founded a commercial bank serving on the Board as Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Advisory Board.
